Here is a ultra-light weight steel crankshaft pulley that is a direct replacement for the original Ford component.
They will fit Ford/Lotus twin cam, Ford/Lotus Cortina, Lotus Elan, Lotus Europa twin cam, Ford Escort 1600cc, formula Ford engine etc.
The above components have been manufactured from a high tensile steel billet using an OKUMA CNC machining centre.
By using CAD software it has been possible to produce a high quality component that is significantly lighter and stronger than the original pulley.
These four inch diameter steel pulleys weigh in at just 325grams and will help reduce the engine rotating mass.
Also available is a three inch diameter steel pulley that has been designed specifically for race applications and weighs only 250grams.
