The original Weber fuel hose assembly from Lotus (part number B026S0028Z) is now obsolete and leaves owners with Lotus Twin Cam engines few choices how to replace fatigued or worn hoses.
A worn or leaking fuel hose is a common cause of fire when left unchecked on any engine installation.
The original Lotus equipment was poorly designed as the hose terminations and “T“ piece connector could be easily pulled off the internal rubber hose.
Lotus Marques has carefully remanufactured this same fuel hose but with improved features.

The new hose assembly offers the following benefits:
· Manufactured using stainless steel braided rubber hose for added protection
· Weber banjo terminations manufactured to precise lengths and angles
· Weber banjo terminations incorporate barbs on tubing to prevent the hose from being dislocated
· Brass “T” piece connector incorporates barbs on tubing to prevent the hose from being dislocated
· Fuel pump termination incorporates barbs on tubing to prevent the hose from being dislocated
The Weber fuel hose assembly illustrated below has been carefully manufactured to the original dimensions toensure a plug and play installation
· Weight - 210 grams
· Hose – Approved fuel resistant rubber hose
· Stainless steel braid to ensure maximum protection and extended service life
· Brass crimped terminations on all braided hoses
· Compression fitting and olive for fuel pump connection.
· Banjo connectors are zinc and passivated to offer a durable protective finish
· Race proven product.
