QUESTION
I have a LHD S1 Esprit.
Seems a plastic ring placed at the end of the right steering tube has broken leaving some gap on the arm and letting the oil to pour out.
Do you have this item?
Is it the same as your Bronze Bushing?

ANSWER
Just to clarify your request............................
You have a left-hand-drive steering rack with a broken support bush that needs replacing
These bushes are obsolete but we can supply a replacement bronze bush
However, it is necessary to check the length of the bush but you need by removing the original component
In the early Esprit S1 and S2, the bush is usually 0.75" (19mm) long
Here is an assembly tip for you -
Lotus Marques routinely rebuilds steering racks but we do not use oil to lubricate the internal components (the oil will exit into the rubber gaiters as you have described)
Instead we use a mixture of Castrol Spheerol LMM (molybdenum grease) mixed with an oil additive - Morey's heavy duty oil stabilizer

This mixture stays on the pinion gear and rack where its needed instead of dissipating
