QUESTION.
I am continuing with construction of my 26R racer lookalike.
I require new seals and pistons for the front and rear calipers.
What part numbers should I order? and advise the cost please.
Front caliper has numbers T64326640, 7DA21124, 6432, 6644. Rear
has 64325711.

ANSWER.
As you have a modified Elan than it necessary to determine exactly what brake calipers are fitted before supplying the correct parts.
If you have an S1/2 Elan then the front caliper should be a Girling 12SP (fitted from 1962 to 1964)
From Elan S3 Elan onwards then the front caliper should be a Girling 14LF
However there is a common modification that is often carried out and a Girling 16P maybe fitted

The Girling reference reference manual states these are the correct part numbers

If you have a micrometer, then measure the caliper piston diameters as this provides another means of identifying calipers and seals.
